Our classes are unique as there are no dance routines which can be off-putting to some girls wanting to try this type of exercise. Instead, we work on individual moves, and exciting spins and climbs, alongside ‘reps’ which are core exercises designed to build your strength and maximise what you can achieve.

If you are looking to tone up, improve strength and flexibility, build confidence and have a lot of fun, then Ultimate Pole Fitness is for you! You will be amazed at what is possible!

We always welcome girls with no experience at all, and everyone in your class will remember what it’s like to be a beginner!  We are proud to have a no pole sharing policy with a maximum of 5 girls per class so everyone has plenty of time to work on their moves.

Our mission is for every girl to feel welcomed, motivated and inspired in every class, every week.
